Booking and Payment
The booking is valid once we have confirmed receipt of your deposit which is one third of the total rental amount.A further third of the total amount is then to be paid one month before arrival.The balance will then become due on your arrival in Euros cash.

Cancellations and Refunds
60 days prior to your arrival date we will refund any payment made by you less an administration fee of the equivalent of Euro 50.Between 60 and 30 days from your arrival date we will refund 50% of any sum paid.30 days or less before your arrival date no refund will be made.

Recycling
WE ARE FINED FOR INCORRECTLY SORTED RUBBISH
We work hard to maintain the beauty of our home here in Vinci so when you are visiting us we need you to do the same.
Either at home or on holiday we all generate waste.Here in Vinci the Commune has gone to great lengths to organise a practical system of collection and disposal using bins for specific waste items.
A €50 recycling deposit will be required at the beginning of your stay, unless you have already paid a damage deposit in which case this will have already been taken into account.
Intentional mixing of rubbish or a general incorrect disposal will result in your €50 recycling deposit being retained by us.We explain clearly in our accommodation guides how rubbish is to be divided, but if you are unsure about anything we are only too happy to explain
Alternatively, you can just tell us that you do not wish to recycle and we will supply you with the appropriate bags for this purpose and we will retain the €50 recycling deposit
